BEWARE German Shepherd Import female black and red sold by Spartan K9
We purchased 3 bred dogs from Kelle Sullivan DBA Spartan K9 also known as sullivanhaus in Fort Meade, Florida. Payment was required before me being able to see the dogs, and photos of nice dogs were sent. Kelle bragged how big the litters were in each dog and that each dog and litter was healthy.
What we received was 3 dogs with NO required by law health certificate!! One was a skeleton. 2 dogs were shipped almost a month after receiving payment and almost FULL term. 2 had DEAD LITTERS!!!!!
Costs to me were almost $10,000. Kelle Sullivan has received $6,995 & $1,550 from me, and she was charged with 3 misdemeanor charges! NO refunds were given, even though one dog was returned after needing 2 surgeries! Vet bills exceeded $2,000.
Seller Kelle Sullivan at Spartan K9 sullivanhaus offered a rebreeding to a dog that could NOT be rebred. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We were provided photos via text from Kelle Sullivan, promising this beautiful healthy dog. This is not what we got.
This is a photo of what we received, sold and delivered to us by Kelle Sullivan of Spartan K9 with NO Florida required Health Certificate, NO Vaccine record, NO deworming, NO heartguard. Necessary vet bills exceeded $1,500. We asked Kelle to refund price, bills and take the dog back. The dog was returned, but no refund given and no vet bills ever paid.

Had Kelle Sullivan, a Florida State worker FWC, obeyed the Florida Law that Protects Consumers, the dog she was selling would NOT have passed the Fl Statute 828.29 Pet sale exam, and I would of been spared the trauma on Christmas Day—surgery to save dogs life!!
